    Description

    Strong baskets in a sustainable material

    This basket is woven from rattan, which is a sustainable material from Asia. It is a very robust and weatherproof material. In the old days it was called cane.
    Indoor rattan baskets need no maintenance.
    The basket can be showered through and then with a soft brush given Vaseline oil. The treatment maintains and develops the color.
    For outdoor use, it is good to give them an outdoor oil a few times a year. It will make the baskets last longer. The basket should be lifted slightly off the ground, so it does not stand directly on the moist ground outside.
